01 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The King33 platform is strictly restricted to adult users. To register and use King33's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration and on every subsequent use of the platform.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or a valid permanent resident physically located in Malaysia when accessing this platform.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable local law or regulation from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are not currently enrolled in any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion programme from any gambling platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

King33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while verification is carried out. Should a member be found to have made false representations regarding their age or eligibility, King33 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any remaining balance or winnings.

02 Account Registration & Personal Information

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at King33. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using identical or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, current and complete personal information as requested in the registration form.
• Update that information promptly should any changes occur.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share account access with any other party.
• Notify King33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

King33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a member's own negligence or failure to safeguard their login credentials.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

King33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following legitimate and licensed Malaysian payment methods:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your King33 account in under 60 seconds. If a deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for immediate assistance.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 working hours to the same payment method used for the deposit. King33 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond King33's control.

Verification Requirements (KYC): Prior to your first withdrawal, or when your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds a specified threshold, King33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad) in order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your withdrawal request.

04 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

King33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all King33 bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each offer.
• Bonuses are for the personal use of eligible members only and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other party.
• King33 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Members found to be abusing the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts, coordinating gameplay or employing strategies designed to exploit bonuses — will forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings, and their accounts may be terminated.
• King33 reserves the right to determine whether any gameplay action or strategy constitutes bonus abuse, and such decisions are final.

05 Game Rules & Member Conduct

All games on King33 must be played in accordance with the rules established for each game. By playing on King33, you agree to:

• Play fairly and refrain from using any software, bots, automated scripts, or other methods designed to gain an unfair advantage over King33's gaming system.
• Not attempt to hack, manipulate or compromise the integrity of any game, system or technical infrastructure of King33.
• Not to engage in any form of collusion, coordination, or unfair arrangement with other users that could compromise the integrity of the games.
• Acknowledge that game outcomes generated by the King33 system are final, except in cases where a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• Not to use the King33 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or unlawful financing.

06 Account Security & Data Protection

King33 uses industry-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your account also depends on your own actions. You are responsible for:

• Use a strong and unique password for your King33 account, and avoid reusing the same password across other platforms.
• Not to access your King33 account over an unsecured public WiFi network without appropriate VPN protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify King33 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your personal information has been compromised.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

King33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if King33 has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has:

• Violated any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false information during registration.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abusing King33's bonus system or promotional programmes.
• Using unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Under 18 years of age.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the King33 support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once a standard review is completed. King33 reserves the right to withhold balances while an investigation into any fraud allegation or terms violation is ongoing.

08 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, King33 and any of our directors, officers, employees or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes that did not go in your favour.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Failure or delays in transaction processing due to factors beyond King33's control, such as disruptions from financial institutions or e-wallet providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by the member's own negligence.

The King33 platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. King33 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches, although we make every effort to prevent such occurrences.

09 Responsible Gaming
